Celladix is a skincare brand focused on clean, performance-led products designed for everyday routines.

When Celladix approached us, they were struggling to turn consumer interest into sales. Their Meta ads delivered strong CTR, but conversions were low, hampered by an underperforming website journey and scattered audience data.

They wanted us to fix performance and hit a 3x ROAS, up from a baseline of just 1x.

We responded with a data-backed creative overhaul, a sharper funnel, and clearer audience segmentation.

We built a high-converting funnel by combining a Meta-first creative strategy with a full CRO overhaul and the results speak for themselves. 

The challenge

Despite healthy traffic, Celladix struggled with

1. Meta strategy: Funnel clarity meets structure

We rebuilt their Meta strategy into a full-funnel structure:

  • Awareness (TOF): Built interest with authentic skincare visuals
  • Consideration (MOF): Highlighted ingredients and science-backed benefits
  • Conversion (BOF): Clear CTAs and problem-solution-led messaging
  • Retargeting: Dynamic product ads and user-specific messaging

Audiences were phased based on engagement and conversion signals.

2. CRO

We collaborated on optimising the user journey to improve purchase flow. Page speed, structure, and mobile UX were overhauled to remove friction.

3. Creative strategy and production

We leaned into user-generated-style content and clean product visuals to boost authenticity and credibility. Messaging was adapted per funnel stage to improve progression.

Results

We rebuilt Celladix’s Meta engine and drove performance gains across the board. While the low average order value limited ROAS ceilings, our funnel structure, audience clarity, and UX changes delivered a full turnaround in under 12 weeks.
